The Week Ahead for Aries
Monday, 13 May – Sunday, 19 May
ARIES
All it requires is for one little thing to change and everything follows. The week opens on a Sun-Uranus conjunction and ends on a Sun-Jupiter conjunction. On the one hand, this suggests any upset or sudden change will have excellent consequences and, on the other, that the changes and bold moves you make at this time will be in your best interests. Remind yourself that the definition of insanity is to do the same thing again and again expecting a different result. Nevertheless, any Uranus aspect requires care. This is not the time to rush into anything without due thought and a back-up system.

ARIES
This may be a week without any major configurations but that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything going on. Wednesday’s new moon is conjoined to Uranus, bringing out this planet’s capricious properties. Surprises and awakenings could be on offer, first and foremost in regard to money and property, and there could be a certain edginess to life and love. Uranus is great at prompting new ideas and opening up new pathways but it can also inspire impulse decisions that do not always end well. Be open to the new and the different, but don’t rush into action.

Everything changes. Sometimes when you least expect it. With this in mind, assume nothing. Even if you think you know someone inside out, they can still surprise you. Likewise, a random event could make for changes in your short or long-term agenda. Mars will be in your sign throughout the month so while you’ll be energized and enterprising you run the risk of slipping on a proverbial banana skin – finances in particular require focus and restraint. You are also entering an extended period in which communication and travel play a huge part in your success and happiness.

Until late May, Jupiter continues to up your profile and increase your self-worth; thereafter, this planet of abundance goes on to widen your world, making travel a big theme for 2024. On 21 April, Jupiter conjoins Uranus while Pluto squares the Sun, making this another big date for your diary. Will the earth move? Well, it might, and in a way that opens up new personal and professional territory. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction occurs just after a solar eclipse in Aries, which increases the potential for April to be one of the most eventful months of 2024 – if not the most eventful. Life-milestones, game-changing developments and certainly major epiphanies can be expected at this time.
