ARIES
The first full week of January puts Jupiter in the spotlight. On the one hand, this planet of abundance could make a positive difference to life across the board, but particularly career and family life. Whatever the disappointments of recent weeks, the actions you take now and the events that happen should make you very happy indeed. The only thing to be aware of is the Jupiter can inflate problems, so if you can see something getting out of control, cut your losses. This is not the time to throw good money after bad.

ARIES
Mercury, the winged messenger of the gods, brings in 2026. This planet of communications is angling Neptune and Saturn, and thus sending mixed messages. On the one hand, plans can be laid down and, on the other, uncertainty hovers over the future. And then there’s Saturday’s full moon which flanks the life-direction axis and brings a chapter to an end. The past few weeks have seen Mars, the Sun and Venus all angle Saturn and Neptune, which may explain why you’ve felt insanely hopeful some days then in deep doubt on others. Patience.

The Month Ahead for Aries
January 2026
Venus in pride of place is what you might call a great start to 2026. Love is a priority, and you may have reason to celebrate a proposal or some other welcome prospect. And even if you’re not thrilled with events on or near 3rd, they serve a greater purpose. Career is also in the headlights with some of you beginning a new job and others receiving proof that they are valued, if not admired. By the 20th, the winds of change will be gathering force and they could sweep you off your feet, whether in a brilliant way or sending you back to the drawing board.

The Year Ahead for Aries
There are two distinct halves to the year. Until the end of June, Jupiter will be encouraging you to build your future, whether through your career or putting down roots, improving family life, even moving home. You may see your reputation rise and there could be welcome additions to the family. And perhaps because so much of your time has been focussed on “getting your act together”, by July, you’ll be ready to start enjoying life. A trip to foreign parts, an invitation to a special occasion, possibly an event where you will be the star attraction.
