Pluto aspects can disrupt the smooth pace of life, so if the past few days have taken your breath away in not so welcome circumstances, you are now in a recovery period. And even if nothing has ruffled your feathers, this week is a time to close a small or large chapter and begin a new one. Saturday’s new moon takes place in the area of self-worth, so a new source of income could be on its way or some other new and positive development linked to your security and stability. But what it most certainly indicates is that it is time to recharge your self-worth and to acknowledge your abundant gifts.

October is a month of discovery. Hidden information could emerge, people from your past could surface and situations you thought were dead and buried could reappear. While any revelations may prove welcome, anything you have been ignoring or hoping would work out all by itself could emerge to bite you in the posterior. The thing is that once the past is dealt with and ancient wrongs righted, you’re going to feel fabulous. Likewise, in the event of a financial dispute or some other monetary dilemma, don’t back down but negotiate.

The Year Ahead for Virgo
2026 is a year of golden opportunities – make the most of events on or near 18 July and 4 November – and while you can learn from the past, you don’t want to live there. Under 2026’s powerful alignments, your happiness lies in going after what (or who) you believe in, even if it means throwing up a piece of your past and entering foreign territory. From July, Jupiter will be moving through the twelfth house in preparation for its transit of Virgo from summer 2027. In tandem, you will be in a period of preparation. Not only are health and fitness important issues to get behind, but the endeavours you begin in the second half of 2026 will take a year to mature.
