The Year Ahead

Neptune is one of the most difficult planets to understand and successfully absorb into our experience. However, we can learn much about this planet’s effect from the events at the time of its discovery. And, indeed, the world events that are currently taking place. I use as examples the charts of naturalist, David Attenborough, founder of Theosophy, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, psychiatrist and author, Elisabeth Kubler Ross and mass murderer Charles Manson. I also look at the horoscope of Sweden which epitomizes the best of Neptune.

THE HERO FIGURE is a vital ingredient of almost all myths. And for Russia that figure was Volodymyr or Valdemar – an early medieval warlord who converted to Christianity in the year 988. Volodymyr was the saviour, the redeemer. (You’re ahead of me aren’t you.) Yes, Volodymyr and Vladimir are one and the same, and not just in name only. In the context of Russia’s mystical destiny, a redeemer is required to deliver the people from their suffering and to protect it from its enemies.
