The focus continues to be on far horizons, whether in terms of distant places or long-term objectives. If you’re not heading to foreign parts or interacting with people far away, this would be the ideal time to start working on your long-range plans. Making a start is the hard part; once you’ve set the ball rolling, you’re on your way. Jupiter remains in charge ensuring that the climate is upbeat so don’t lose out on this opportunity to get ahead in all senses of the phrase. Next Tuesday, begins a six-week period of volatility, which even if enjoyable is likely to interfere with normality.

And why not start off the working year by making a bold move intended to further your ambitions. Certainly, if recent events have caused concern about the future, don’t sit around waiting for the axe to fall, so to speak. Make your pitch. Likewise, if a mistake has been made or someone is feeling aggrieved, offer the pipe of peace and get the year off to a good start. It’s the perfect time to expand your world view and take the higher path.

In an ideal world you’d be jetting off to distant parts and acquiring a whole new outlook, but even if you’re on home turf, by the end of January, you’ll have a very different perspective on one or more situations. This is the second year running that the astrology is like nothing we’ve seen before, which means you have to be flexible and philosophical about what comes or goes.
