The Week Ahead for Virgo
Monday, July 20th – Sunday, July 26th
You may be able to sense big changes in the air, on the other hand, what takes place this week could come as a complete surprise. And there is no knowing whether you’ll be thrilled with what happens or somewhat fazed by events. Certainly, this is a hugely important period for the planet and even if your small world seems unaffected by developments elsewhere, at some point the effects will trickle down to you, and life will change accordingly. This is not something to fear, however, but to accept with grace as humanity moves forward into a new era.

Monday, July 13th – Sunday, July 19th
Venus has been moving through your sign for a week or so and she is about to make her first major connection – to Uranus. Uranus is all about the unusual and the unexpected, so don’t be surprised if someone suddenly announces they have feelings for you or that they need some space. Do your best to take events in your stride, if only because Mercury is still in retrograde and things may change yet again before the month is out. July is a huge month in the astrological calendar and one when fate will appear to have the upper hand. Even so, you have a choice as to what you do next.

With Uranus high overhead, change and the unexpected preside over July. Venus will be in your sign from the 9th so you will be well protected and in line for some serious benefits, however, you should also be prepared for events beyond your control to get in the way of your schedule. Travel is going to be trying and the flow of information could be compromised. Have alternative forms of communication in your backpack and different options up your sleeve. All such inconveniences can be accommodated, although things may never be quite the same after July’s super-sized events.

The Year Ahead for Virgo
2026 is a year of golden opportunities – make the most of events on or near 18 July and 4 November – and while you can learn from the past, you don’t want to live there. Under 2026’s powerful alignments, your happiness lies in going after what (or who) you believe in, even if it means throwing up a piece of your past and entering foreign territory. From July, Jupiter will be moving through the twelfth house in preparation for its transit of Virgo from summer 2027. In tandem, you will be in a period of preparation. Not only are health and fitness important issues to get behind, but the endeavours you begin in the second half of 2026 will take a year to mature.
