The Week Ahead for Virgo
Monday, September 7th – Sunday, September 13th
You only get one new moon in your sign each year, and since new moons are about new beginnings, rather than wait and see what the cosmos can produce, this is an excellent time to start new projects. Neptune is another figure on the astral landscape, hopefully bringing its divine properties to bear as opposed to the chaos and confusion it so often generates, but if you’ve a romantic date lined up or some other uplifting event, the sky’s the limit in terms of experience. This first half of September is an oasis compared to August’s heat and dust!

Monday, August 31st – Sunday, September 6th
September comes in on a Saturnian note. Maybe you’re back on the treadmill and wishing you were somewhere else or perhaps you’re facing a plateful of issues you’d rather not be dealing with. But that’s Saturn in a bottle. Doing what must be done and with a good attitude! Good things will come out of your labours, and even if it seems people aren’t exactly queuing up to help, once you’ve got through the other side, you’re going to feel a huge sense of achievement. There is a chance you’ll receive some less-than-welcome news, but on reflection, you may realize that it has solved a problem.

September 2026
It’s all about you. Whatever the needs and demands of others, you have to put yourself first. This is one of the most proactive months of the year. Use the power of your personality to achieve your goals and don’t underplay your assets. A job offer or some other opportunity that failed to materialize could be back on the table, and if you would like to reconsider a decision you made earlier in the year, have the confidence to do so. Late in the month, be cautious about signing up to a long-term agreement – not everything is quite as it seems.

The Year Ahead for Virgo
2026 is a year of golden opportunities – make the most of events on or near 18 July and 4 November – and while you can learn from the past, you don’t want to live there. Under 2026’s powerful alignments, your happiness lies in going after what (or who) you believe in, even if it means throwing up a piece of your past and entering foreign territory. From July, Jupiter will be moving through the twelfth house in preparation for its transit of Virgo from summer 2027. In tandem, you will be in a period of preparation. Not only are health and fitness important issues to get behind, but the endeavours you begin in the second half of 2026 will take a year to mature.
