Not every full moon presides over the ending of an important chapter, but Sunday’s full moon flanks the axis of life-direction so it is more likely to impact your future. Perhaps you are moving home or changing jobs. Or maybe a question mark has been hovering over a situation and preventing you from making a decision. One way or another, by the end of the week, you should be in a position of greater knowledge. It is not an easy week. You may have to get around red tape or deal with people who are bent on obstructing your progress, but with determination and adaptability, you can make progress.

Have you been practicing your balance? Both in the real sense and the metaphorical you’ll need to stay centred this week. The Sun and Mercury conjoin Uranus which spells change of the unexpected kind, especially if you have a September birthday or planets and points between zero and five degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini and Sagittarius. Think about what needs to change in your life and allow the planetary momentum to help you make a courageous decision. Uranus is the planet of technology so you’ll also need to build in the unexpected in regard to digital appliances and the information highway.

If you’ve been wanting things to change, be careful what you wish for. You may have to wait until the end of the month to see the fireworks, but there’s a lot you can do to prepare for the unexpected. Your secret feelings for someone could be justified and rumours of changes at work could prove correct. This is the best month to make a career move or reach a decision that could affect your long-term future. It is no time to shrink from a challenge or to assume things will sort themselves out without your having to do anything. Fortune favours the fearless.

2026 is a year of golden opportunities – make the most of events on or near 18 July and 4 November – and while you can learn from the past, you don’t want to live there. Under 2026’s powerful alignments, your happiness lies in going after what (or who) you believe in, even if it means throwing up a piece of your past and entering foreign territory. From July, Jupiter will be moving through the twelfth house in preparation for its transit of Virgo from summer 2027. In tandem, you will be in a period of preparation.
